The core of any consulting firm is people and WKI's professionals are experienced, trained international specialists. A large portion of our staff is indigenous to the countries in which we work. Each professional is highly skilled and contributes to the firm's depth of expertise and capabilities. Our people come from a variety of backgrounds, including industry, consulting and investment banking. We seek individuals who have the necessary analytical, linguistic and inter-personal skills to contribute to our case teams and to thrive in our demanding and challenging culture. Our staff has considerable technical skills, built through education, experience and in-house training.

WKI's foreign staff consists mostly of indigenous, experienced, highly educated men and women with a knowledge of local industry and considerable access to information and decision makers. They are supplemented by senior professionals from our Washington, DC headquarters.
