WKI Brasil Servicos Ltda. was formed in June 1997 and is headquartered in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. WKI Brasil is a joint venture between William Kent International, Inc. and Mr. Joel Korn, the former President of Bank of America in Brazil and Area General Manager for its Latin America/ Carribean Division. Mr. Korn is also President of the American Chamber of Commerce in Brazil.

WKI Brazil combines WKI's modern methodology and project execution capabilities with Mr. Korn's extensive knowledge of local markets and financial expertise. The company was created with the object of augmenting the services WKI is capable of providing to its clients and also to expand the company's client base in Latin America.
